MasterCard Easy Savings is an automatic rebate program that enables participating Program Partners to provide rebates on qualifying purchases for MasterCard business cardholders enrolled in the program.
MasterCard Easy Savings is an automatic rebate program that requires no coupons or codes to save on your business purchases. It’s simple to understand, easy to use and provides relevant small business rebates automatically.
MasterCard Easy Savings is easy to use and automatically fulfilled. You need to enroll in the program. Once enrolled, you make purchases at participating Program Partners and the rebate(s) are processed automatically. These rebates will be included on your monthly bank statements.
MasterCard Easy Savings is FREE! This is a benefit of having a MasterCard small business or select middle market card issued in the United States, from a participating bank.
Currently, MasterCard has a diversified list of frequently used participating Program Partners categories that are relevant to business cardholders: Travel & Entertainment, Office Supplies, Telecom, Business Services, Shipping & Computer/Technology Related*.

About Eligibility for MasterCard Easy Savings
MasterCard has deepened its relationship with select banks to offer this rebate program. For those participating banks, the bank has discretion on business card eligibility and will be able to tell you if your card product is eligible for MasterCard Easy Savings. This program is currently offered to eligible select U.S.-issued small business MasterCard credit and signature debit cards.
Many banks offer MasterCard Easy Savings. Call your bank, the Toll-Free number on the back of your card, or enter your card number on the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site to find out if your card is eligible.
Eligible MasterCard credit or signature debit cardholders can opt-in to MasterCard Easy Savings through the MasterCard voice response system (800-251-3448) or on the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site. Once the cardholder is enrolled in the Program, they shop at participating Program Partners, pay the normal price for eligible purchases and then automatically receive rebates which they can view on their monthly or online statements.
If your MasterCard credit or signature debit card is eligible, enrollment is EASY!
You will need to have your MasterCard account number(s) with you when you call our voice response system (800-251-3448) or use the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site – e-mail address will be required. Once you provide your card information and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Program, you can begin making purchases at participating Program Partners and receive rebates automatically.
There are additional benefits available to you through the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site. You can take advantage of online reporting to track rebate totals for all of the participating Program Partners on your card(s) and link all eligible cards associated with your business. All that is required for this enhanced reporting is for you to create a User ID and password so you can access the secure information on the MasterCard Web site. Your bank Web site User ID and password are not automatically transferable when you are eligible for this program. You must create a unique User ID and password at MasterCard.

You can enroll for MasterCard Easy Savings via the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site or 800-251-3448 and start receiving rebates at participating Program Partners automatically. You must have your eligible MasterCard credit or signature debit card number(s) for enrollment. E-mail address will be required for web enrollment.
There are additional benefits through the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site. You can take advantage of online reporting to track rebate totals for all of the participating Program Partners on your card(s) and link all eligible cards associated with your business. This allows you to view the total savings earned on each card, as well as the cumulative rebate totals on all cards. All that is required for this enhanced reporting is for you to create a User ID and password so you can access the secure information on the MasterCard Web site. Your bank Web site User ID and password are not automatically transferable when you are eligible for this program. You must create a unique User ID and password at MasterCard.
In addition, you can view the qualifying purchases and rebates via your monthly bank or credit card statements or on the bank Web site.

About the Rebates
- Do I need to fill out forms and submit receipts or use participating Program Partner coupons to receive my rebates?
No. You do not need to fill out any forms, submit any receipts or use coupons to receive rebates at participating Program Partners. MasterCard has negotiated rebates and all rebates will occur automatically. All you need to do is enroll, spend at participating Program Partners — and the rebates are automatic!
MasterCard Easy Savings will provide rebates on purchases made at participating Program Partners. This is not a cash back or point redemption program.
Rebates should automatically post to your account in conjunction with a qualifying purchase generally 3-5 business days after the purchase has been made. Rebates do not accumulate; they are posted at the time the qualifying purchase clears. Rebates may post 1-2 days earlier on the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site than on your online or paper bank statement based on the rebate clearing process.
There are no specific expiration dates on participating Program Partner rebate offers; however, you should check the Web site often for Partner offer details. Partners may choose to exit the Program. If this occurs, MasterCard will notify all enrolled cardholders. There may also be cases where a Partner decides to provide a special offer in addition to the MasterCard Easy Savings rebate. Continue to check the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site for the latest offers.
- Do MasterCard Easy Savings rebates supersede any other rebate or special offer I may receive from a participating Program Partner and/or Bank?
MasterCard Easy Savings rebates are usually in addition to other offers made by participating Program Partners, banks, or other third party vendors. See the Terms & Conditions and each participating Program Partner offer details for additional information.
- Will I receive the same rebate at a participating Program Partner if I use my MasterCard business card for in-store and online purchases?
The particular terms of each rebate offer are unique to each Participating Partner, and MasterCard recommends that you review the offer details for each Partner, which can be found on this Web site.
You should be able to view the rebates on your bank's Web site generally within 3-5 business days after making the qualifying purchase and in addition, within 1-2 business days after making the qualifying purchase on the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site, if you have a User ID and password.
You can view the MasterCard Easy Savings rebates on your bank's Web site statement, your monthly bank statement or via the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site (if the cardholder has a valid User ID and password for MasterCard (see question #8)).
Yes. At the time of a partial or full return, MasterCard will reverse some or all of the rebate.

All MasterCard Easy Savings rebates post within 3-5 business days on your bank statements and you will still see rebates on any qualifying purchases up until the day you are removed from MasterCard Easy Savings. Card usage is required to earn rebates. Should you be late in making a payment, please contact your bank at the Toll-Free number on the back of your card to bring the account current and allow future charging privileges.

- What happens if I report my MasterCard business card lost/stolen, do I need to enroll again for MasterCard Easy Savings?
Yes. Currently, we do not have any way to identify your new card as automatically eligible and already enrolled in MasterCard Easy Savings.
Should your card become lost/stolen, please complete the enrollment process again for MasterCard Easy Savings via the MasterCard Easy Savings Web site or 800-251-3448 under your new card number. If you have any problems enrolling your new card, please contact your bank by calling the Toll-Free number on the back of your card.
About the Fuelman Network
Fuelman and the Fuelman Network is a nationwide team of multi-branded gas and maintenance locations (including nationally recognized brands) servicing the needs of business customers for more than 25 years.
Currently, there are more than 15,000 participating gas stations and more than 1,800 participating maintenance locations nationwide participating in the Easy Savings program.
To find a participating Fuelman Network gas station or maintenance location, simply visit the MasterCard Easy Savings Fuelman Site Locator at easysavings.com and enter either a zipcode or street address.
Some Easy Savings participating Fuelman Network locations can be easily identified by a visibly placed Fuelman sign or decal. But, not all stations displaying Fuelman signage are participating in the MasterCard Easy Savings program, and participating Fuelman Network locations are subject to change without notice. The surest way to identify a participating Fuelman Network location is through the MasterCard Easy Savings Fuelman Site Locator.
